bde77 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bde77.club website or any service provided by bde77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and bde77.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the bde77 platform and, if you have registered an account, you should contact customer support to request account closure. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

3Account Registration

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bde77 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳500. bde77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits must only be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless bde77 requires an alternative arrangement for compliance reasons. Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically completed within a few hours of approval.
• bde77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
• bde77 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests. Players who self-exclude may have their withdrawal requests processed after the self-exclusion period ends, subject to identity verification.

Deposits made to a bde77 account are held in the account for wagering purposes. bde77 does not pay interest on player balances. Players should not treat their bde77 balance as a savings mechanism — it is a gaming wallet intended for entertainment use only.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bde77 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been fully met.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. The validity period for each bonus is stated in its specific terms. Unused bonus balances that expire before the rollover is met are forfeited automatically.

bde77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators in the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. Where evidence of such activity is found on an account, bde77 will freeze the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

8Account Suspension and Termination

bde77 may suspend or terminate any registered account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct clauses set out in Section 7.
• bde77 is required to do so for compliance, regulatory, or legal reasons, including where continuing to operate the account would place bde77 in breach of any applicable rule or obligation.
• The account holder requests voluntary closure of their account, including closure under a self-exclusion programme.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance that remains in the account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met their rollover requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bde77.club website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of bde77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of bde77.

10Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bde77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. bde77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11Privacy

In the event of any dispute between a player and bde77, players are encouraged to contact bde77 customer support in the first instance. bde77 operates an internal complaints and dispute resolution process and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, escalation procedures as specified in the relevant promotion or service terms will apply.

13Amendments to These Terms

bde77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bde77 will publish the updated Terms on the bde77.club website with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the bde77 platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bde77 customer support.
